1 year of Canadian experience on a close work permit + LMIA exempt job offer (permanent job): can I claim the job offer 50 points for express entry?

1. Does the 'new job offer' mean a new Job offer with an LMIA-Exmept number or Just a document that fulfills the all details which you already mentioned?

2. What if my employer agreed to provide me with the new offer document, Even though we are not sure whether to work with each other after PR is approved?

1. Yes. On the IRCC are the requirements for the new job offer letter.
2. That is fine but you don’t want to leave until PR is approved.

I am on the same situation. If my work permit still have about 2 years and my current contract is indefinite, could I use my one year old offer letter? Thank you very much.

No. You need a new offer letter stating that you will have a job one year past PR.

Hi,
I have a closed work permit for 3 years till 2026 and currently i am working for the same employer mentioned on my work permit for 3 years. What option should I need to choose when i need to claim 50 point for this closed work permit and this LMIA is a positive one. I have once created my EE profile and checked, it gave me only 475 points where there’s nothing mentioned that i am claiming 50 points for my LMIA.
Please guide what option i need to choose and what options need to choose for intended work in canada.
