Good question... i also wondering why i am not? i submitted way before him in april,10 but till date no update.. & as i said before my case is really very straight forward..i believe... only SSAKAL is the prson who got VISA & whose FTD is after me... isn't it exceptional? GOOD EXCEPTIONAL LUCK SSAKAL

I don't think visa offices are processing files on "FIFO" basis. Also, I am not sure whether the files are processed based on FTD or documents receipt date?

they process our files as per "docs receipt date".. for sure...that is why i am confused.

Pre June, 2010. They are processing based on the IELTS score, whoever has 8score and above they all got the Visa.

They are looking at files which have good IELTS score, so no FIFO or FTD or any other date...

This is only my observation...
