Hi there! We also submitted our inland Spousal application on Jan 19th, 2023. Can you please ping here if you receive an AOR? I actually thought the Principal Applicant would get the AOR, not the Sponsor, as the application is sent from the PA's PR Portal account.

Hi Everyone! Could you please let me know the average wait time for AOR from your experience? We submitted on January 19th, 2023 for Inland Spousal Sponsorship. Some receive the AOR quite quickly, for us it's been 2 weeks so far and nothing yet. Not sure what to expect.

We applied inland online spousal on Jan 12, received AOR Jan 31. Seems like 2 weeks wait time so far is normal!

Can you please update here once you receive AOR. I applied just few days after you and waiting for AOR as well. Will do the same if I get it

Another question for those who have received the AOR - how long did it take to receive the open work permit? Online it says it’s usually 1-2 months, just wondering if anyone can confirm their timeline. Thanks!

Yes, I received my AOR on February 11th, 2023. Are you applying for a work permit? Are you using a lawyer?

Anyone who has applied for a work permit, was it as much of a headache as the visa application?
