Yes call them and follow up because it’s important and it’s long over due!

2022-09-15 Eligibility completed on tracker. Received pre-arrival services letter on IRCC account

Scrolling through all these pages and I still can't get a clear answer.

Applied online for spousal Sponsorship (inland) for my wife on October 12. On October 21 she received the request for medical, and I received the confirmation as a sponsor, with her application number starting with F.

Given all that, I still have no clue how to submit an Open Work Permit application for her. All of the portals they have seem to point to applications for skilled workers and nothing specific for spouses being sponsored! Help?

PS. And also, the email I got with her application number, is that the AOR? Or not? There's no clear answer anywhere. Some say yes, some say no.
