if I understand you correctly, the answer is no. I got updated for oath, no letter and my tracker does not work either. Dont make assumptions, its stressful for you and others.

It is because they are looking at a cached version of the website. If it is down it is down for everyone.

Let me know when you receive your oath email. Our oath is on the same day and same city so I am guessing the oath email will come around the same time for us.

Got an email just now to download Citizenship e-certificate. But it says auth of citizenship is required. No details about auth as of now with tracker not loading. How to find out the application status now?

I think the instructions on how to download the certificate comes before the actual oath ceremony, so you cannot download it now. Usually the instructions/invitation to the oath ceremony are about the same time - but given it's the weekend, just wait a few days. You won't need the certificate instructions until after the ceremony anyway.
