My non express PR application was returned by CIC due to incomplete Birth certificate information. Now, when I resubmitt my application can I use the same application or I have to create a brand new one? any suggestion?

I received my PAL yesterday. My timeline is in my signature. My MP followed up 1-2 days ago and was informed that all assessments on my application have been completed except for security, which is still in progress.


Does anyone know what this means and how long security usually takes? @Miss bee

@Miss bee,please I need your advise. I once applied for PR but withdrew the application before getting
AOR because my nomination was revoked, that time I forgot to add my PGD.

My question is, I have a new PR application and I didn't add the PGD, I tried to send to IRCC through webform before AOR but after getting AOR I discovered its not added in the IRCC tracker.

1. Should I resend webform and add the PGD again?
2. Won't it be red flag?
3. Won't it be misrepresentation

Hi, I just applied for PR with the consultant ,but I am stressed about couple of things. I was able to download all the forms. But I could see the information in schedule 4 . I can that they uploaded the schedule 4 form but I never sign that form.
2nd in my IMM 0008 form place of my and my spouse’d birth is showing
Town
Country
But in passport it’s
Town, province
County

Any advise regarding this?

I submitted Birth cirtificate from Indian embassy which is based on passport information and cic does not recognize that as proof of birth. they have asked me to submit a affidavit using the secondary school certificate.

You need to get NON availability certificate any body in Punjab can get it for you send them your passport copy, adhaar card it takes 9 days, 10th school certificate and affidavit which you can get made from here

Hi @Miss bee, I have a question

I got the AOR for my PR application, and this past Friday I went to take my biometrics. Someone told me that, once you get the AOR, you can ask for a work permit extension (or new work permit, not quite sure what exactly is) so you can stay in Canada while you wait for your PR. My current work permit expire in July, so I was thinking that I should go for it as I don't know how long it takes this process. Can you tell me where and how I should apply for this new work permit?

Hello everyone! Just wanted to ask if getting your AOR for non-EE gives you same processing times for getting an AOR in EE. Is it a waste to create EE profile if you already have and AOR in Non-EE? Thanks
