Hey guys.

I will submit an application to sponsor my wife in about a week or two. I got a second job as permanent part-time in December at the hospital, they have to offer me 20 hours a week, and my rate is $28.50/h, but I am also on call, they call me everyday to work here but sometimes I can't pick up the shifts due to my first job. I can't be missing my first job anymore, so I'm thinking about quitting and staying at the hospital, I get a better income. Although, the schedule isn't certain. They are currently offering me a shift everyday, but on my employment letter says I'm a permanent part time entitled to 20hours a week minimum.
I know that immigration doesn't require a minimum income but they require us to have a full time job. Do you think I'd be fine if I only keep my hospital job and quit the other one? I really want to pick up more shifts at the hospital.

They have been calling me the whole week but I can't take it because I have my first job at evening time. I can't be missing my evening job anymore, so I'm thinking about quitting and staying in this job that pays me more. Although, the schedule isn't certain. Either they can call me 3 times a week, or 7 times a week.

It doesn't matter. You are fine.

No, it doesn't say full time job. One can be unemployed too.

As long as you can show you can support your family without government help you are fine.
