Based on the other boards, ircc is moving files around to less busy local offices. for example, a lot have been moved to Vancouver, even some from Calgary. i don't think we would our actual office until after the test is done and background has completed. Some have called ircc center to ask where their file is being processed.

I guess it's Calgary then. But if you really want to know, the best way to know is to call ircc after you're test is marked as complete on your tracker and ask them which office is handling your application.
Either way, they just extended the citizenship processing timeline to 8 months (up from 7). I guess they are anticipating some delays due to the layoffs happening this month.

If you order ATIP notes, the office is listed on it as "Secondary"

I am in Ontario but why file is transferred to Vancouver? Is it because the file is considered as a "non-routine"?

No, Vancouver is taking applications from other local offices with a backlog.

Can you confirm the phone number to reach out to IRCC and what options should be selected while on call to reach out to the IRCC agent that can help with the citizenship query.

i got the test invite but my tracker is showing all status as in process. What does this mean ? even after test will it take several months to clear up background checks ?

My file is very complicated. Trust me if I got this ( my AOR was 10 Dec ). You will get it soon

it is the general line, I just go with the voice instruction... and can ask for a call back
