Hello everyone.
I am applying to renew my study permit. My current study permit was issued on Jan 23rd 2024, and expires on March 31st 2025. On august after paying my UVic tuition and deposit I changed my dli online (at that time you didn’t need to get a new permit for another DLI). The change was online. I got the transfer confirmation but never got a new physical permit with UVic as DLI. Now, I need to apply for my extension. The current permit was for Camosun College and I was doing an associate of arts degree. The extension is for UVic where I am doing a Bachelor of Arts degree. I have 2 questions:
1) Is an associate and a bachelors consider “same level of study”? (As both are undergraduate).
2) do I need to get a PAL?
Anyone here who submit study permit extension in first week of December..
