Hi, I’m going to apply soon to get my parents-in-law to come here for my delivery of baby. 1)Do I submit the application for both together or is it separate forms online? 2)Also, how is supervisa insurance proof shown? 3)Is it the last year income or last 3 years that we submit? 4)does online application require online signature?
You should get a statement or a receipt from the insurance provider. I can help you with that if you're still looking into the insurance piece.

Hello All,
I am planning to apply SuperVisa for my father, I moved to Canada couple of months back and got my PR card today only. I have not done any tax submission till now and dont have a CRA file yet. I am employed in Canada and have bank statement and pay stubs as proof of fund. I am planning to add below documents for my Father's Super visa:
--Letter of Invitation
-- My employment letter, Pay stubs along with bank statements (downloaded from ebanking)
-- medical insurance
-- Upfront medicals
-- My father's bank statement
-- To support his ties in India, planning to submit the Pention details.
Can someone please guide me whether is it mandatory to NOA or T4/T1 to support my father super visa and also let me know if I missed any document thats needed?
Thanks

You definitely need T4 or Noa. you have to show your one year income ( jan to dec) of most recent year but i think you can apply for visitor visa.

You also need to meet minimum income requirements depending on the size of your family. if you have spouse and you are applying for two parents you need $48170.
