Are they requirements for processing the application or are they extra steps that are taken?

It’s not a requirement. If you want to see what are the notes the assigned immigration officer made on your application then you can request a GCMS/ATIP. I hope that answer your question.

Do you know which cities are laying under Mississauga office?

All the west end cities normally Brampton, Etobicoke, Milton etc. However sometimes they share the load with Scarborough I believe.

My company asked me to relocate and they have no problem with me going back to Canada for Oath and working from there Virtually until I get the passport.

will it be ok if I move my family? I will leave the house not rented and we can be back on time for Oth whatever the price is

what do you guys advise? This is a must career requirement

In my humble opinion, go ahead with your relocation and when oath ceremony is known you come and take your oath.

And if you inform CIC it might delay your application!

if you do , just make sure you keep checking the tracker to now your date otherwise you will only receive an email a week (or less) before
