Thank you for your warm advice, i have given everything i could think of. but 7 months in process no response yet. Her life is on me now, there is no way she could live on her own anymore. my mother even wrote a letter to IRCC to tell her side of the story. but still, no one here in this forum is facing certainty. This long journey is not healthy for everybody's mindset. that's why we really need to support and lean on each other.

inform IRCC that you are the best person to take care of your mother, and that she prefers you not other people, that you support her mentally and physically, she just need you not her other children or her friends, try to explain that you are the most important one in her life, she can write a good letter for example to say that.

my mom has no other children, i am the only child. she has no family or relatives here within Canada. so if IRCC rejects me, they definitely know what is coming up to me or to my mom.

yes i have told them. i have no family back home country, she has no family in canada. We are the only family to each other. Thats why i gave up my career my company without second thought, coming back to support her, plus i have support her financially for 22 months before she applied for social assistance. Really, there is nothing more i could convince the agent.

Yes, you will know if they process your eligbility, your background, security check, criminality.... where they process your file, has your file been sent to a decision maker or not, you will find all your updates etc....
