It says everything is passed and "RFV" ready for visa for almost a year now!
The last 2 times the notes were the same, no difference!

where should we look for such details in the gcms notes? in the analyst's notes?

In the first and last few pages, in CBSA I found them in the first few pages.
It was mentioned Visa Office: Paris, location: RFV

IRCC is taking to check upfront medicals - so you can do it but not sure how soon does it get checked @Lizgeo

i applied on 15 nov 2018...EE fsw...my medicals expired ...iam planning to do remedical upfront...i didnt get any remedical request...no updates...nothing...what should i take with me for remedicals..i mean documents..can i take the ita which i received 3 years ago...did anyone else do remedical upfront?

they just require your passport for upfront medicals. Do check with the clinic whether they are accepting upfront applicants. @Lizgeo
