Hello, I m principal Applicant on visitors visa in canada , an applicant of 25 th June 2019.Biometric done on 12th Jan2022, Medical passed on 1st February 2022. Mycic showing " we have not received fingerprints.". However biometric details uploaded in next page.I have informed ircc through webform on February 10,2022.Waiting for updates.How long we have to wait GOD knows better.

Hello @laxsun received biometric letter on 23.02.2022.also Ecas is showing decision made under sponsorship column. June 14 2019 applicant. News after January 28 2020 when they started processing my application

Expect to receive a sponsorship approval (SA) letter within few weeks that contains the local visa office (LVO) the case will be processing.

Anyone who received pre-arrival for their parent's sponsorship (parents are in Canada) and haven't heard back from IRCC after this?

I got pre-arrival letter on Feb 3, 2022 and no PPR to this day.
PCC, etc. submitted in Sep 2021.
And I cannot link my application so don't even know what is the medical pass date.

Only few had to do PCC second time but many had to do re-medical. Do not worry until IRCC asks you to do. Sometimes they extend the validity.

Do chose who to redo and who to extend? Or we will have to request extended validation? Also if you know when usually this decided is on the exact expiration date or before by certain time ?

Same here received prearrival on Feb 3rd and nothing after that. Hopefully soon we will get some update.

New PRs can bring unlimited funds but they have to declare. If they carry more than $10,000 in cash it is important to declare.

How can you see if medical PASSED? The CIC window only says " MEDICAL RESULTS RECEIVED ON XXX DATE", My parents are not in Canada and can not login in using GC key but with their application or UCC file number only. Not sure what is the process to see this statement that medical results PASSED. Thank you.

Anybody know in Dhaka VAC VFS parents need to be present physically to submit passport or any authorized representative can do? Anyone did in recent time? My parents are sick, unable to go to VAC.
