Guys I'm in a much different situation..
As I had informed earlier my GIC got updated on Friday evening but till now I haven't got dispatch message..
After many attempts I got connected to ndvo and spoke to operator and shared my concern of my pp has got lost or what happened..she said can't get lost..you will get it when it's dispatched..
Just waiting in so much stress and anxiety..
I have never heard of such a situation before..
Just praying that everything is fine.

yes, my passport is also under process since 11 feb...pickup date was 8th feb

Hey same here. I am waiting since 11th Feb as well. No updates about passport nor any update in account either. When can we expect an update?

Spoke to NDVO operator this morning. She said there are many passports coming every day and we should hopefully hear something next week based on our under process date. Else, we should send them an email and blah blah.

However, I don't believe it one bit.

How were you able to reach NDVO? Is there any email where we can reach them?
