Pardon, what I mean is: did ircc send you the credentials and you login into the portal or you created your own account and the linked your application?

if they linked your profile you should receive a email like: "PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Case Created Under Your Account | Portail RP (confirmation RP) - nouveau dossier créé dans votre compte"

I just logged in the portal. I received an Email mentioning that my application has been approved and asked me to provide them the information and I did. Then, I received another email regarding my PR confirmation portal account with a temporary password. They created the account and I just logged in. I confirmed my presence in Canada, provided my address and uploaded my Photo (Jan 10) and am still waiting ....

2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? Feb 21, 2022
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? Feb 21, 2022
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Feb 23, 2022
5. What is the VO? Montreal

What is the next step. How do I know that the my PR card process has started?

Link your PR card application to your Gckey using your UCI and personal details.

wow, I declared my presence in Canada n updated the address n picture on Feb 7, Vo Etobicoke as well but haven't received my ECORP :(. And you alredy got your Pr card. Congratulation!!
