Latest draw was open to CRS 455-600 as opposed to 463-467 previously.
@Emil1 you may be interested
Would all draws be done without the cap? Any thoughts guys?

Don’t think there was a general announcement, just that the latest draw didn’t follow the know caps

Last time OINP did this, an all programs draw happened immediately after, maybe that is coming?

IMO OINP is heading more towards AINP, they want to choose who they select (within the NOC code list and CRS score limit)

Seems like it

Interesting...

AINP never shares the NOC list or CRS score range unlike OINP.

Seems like the CRS range on the OINP draw has been removed(?) at least for the latest OINP draw.
It's annoying that the countries I was a resident of require an ITA before they even issue PCCs.
My CRS is 491 and my NOC is 1122, however, I didn't see any invitation in my profile. Why could it be?

Speaking of which....
@DKAB Hi! I am coming to get that house from you!
How does life change now that you are a PR. shouldn't your life be the same as before since you were already in Canada on a work permit?

The only change is now I can start searching for a house to buy rather than do window shopping on realtor.ca
PS : I am yet to get my CoPR.

So that story about Holthe saying OINP is considering removing cap had some credibility afterall? Interesting...
I take that as coincidence. Singhno was lying without a shred of doubt.

This page is better organised:

Interesting change, they keep the score caps low all year when there's no FSW draws. And now that there's a tiny indication that draws will resume in Q3, they decide to uncap their score ranges? Doesn't make any sense.
Might be interesting for
@mushymush french draw.
They had a French draw in January I believe. So now I guess I wait for the next one and see if they uncap those scores too.
Edit: This is interesting. Earlier they used to take profiles within the smaller CRS range only, regardless of age of profile. Now it looks like they selected based on age of profile as well: i.e. older profiles got preference, possibly to drain out some higher scores from the pool. This is the first time they have used a 4 month window for age of profiles rather than a 12 month window.
