I got the DM on February 15th, Ottawa Office as well, hopefully I will have the Oath invitation next month.

Good going. Don't want to disappoint you but I see people getting oath invite after 6 months of DM. But strongly pray that all applications move pretty fast.

Good going. Don't want to disappoint you but I see people getting oath invite after 6 months of DM. But strongly pray that all applications move pretty fast.

With IRCC anything is possible so I am not getting my hopes too high but thanks for the reality check.
Hopefully the entire backlog is cleared soon.

Seems like the queue is moving. I got Oath coming in March. DM -> Oath = 4months in BC.

Finally the Ceremony was set to "Completed" and congratulations message about citizenship appeared on the tracker.

I was pleasantly surprised today - my citizenship certificate arrived in the mail.
I was told it was 2-4 weeks during the ceremony and there was no hurry, so I was elated!

I didn't apply for any urgent processing, so it was surprising to me really to have the certificate in hand in less than a week.

Can you please provide some more dates:
- Decision made date
- Oath letter received date
- oath date

Also please keep us posted the day when you receive the citizenship certificates

My citizenship/passport journey ends today. Finally received my passport (certificate came with it as well together thankfully) today. Almost 2 years to the day. Just around a week short. What a long and at times frustrating and stressful journey it has been. But it's finally here. I'm a relieved man. Thanks to everyone for answering my questions along the way. I really appreciate it!

To the people who are still waiting, hang in there. I know it takes forever, but it's worth it. You really are allmost there!

I'm in the same boat as you. I also sent multiple webforms over the course but only few days ago I received a reply from them saying they have my application and they can confirm that its still in progress, nothing more.

After not hearing anything for over a year, finally received Test invitation on Jan 26, 2022. So, the timeline goes like this

March 2020 applicant:
Application Delivered: Mar 21, 2020
AOR: Sep 10, 2020
In-Process: Nov 04, 2020
BG Completed : Jan 20, 2021
Citizenship Test Invite: Jan 26, 2022
Citizenship Test Completed: Feb 21, 2022
