just a question though that my IRCC account has not been updated with any visa or counter foil information along with approved status but I received the dispatch email this morning from VFS. Does this mean there could be an issue with the visa stamping on the passport ?

Yes, my IRCC application status changed to approved status in afternoon yesterday with visa counterfoil information and I started getting dispatch emails/texts from VFS yesterday morning. The passport just got delivered today.
In total, it took 26 days for me since my passport was in process status at IRCC until I got it this morning. Although some folks got it much sooner so I guess it’s random how they process our application at the IRCC office for visa stamping.

19 Feb [10:00 PM]: Registered for two way service,
21 Feb [3:00 PM]: Package Picked up after verifying name on passport,
22 Feb [9:30 AM]: Package Delivered to VFS Canada.
22 Feb [02:30 PM]: Package has been received at the VAC
22 Feb [06:30 PM]: in transit and has been dispatched to the IRCC Office through the Canada Visa Application Centre, New Delhi Office
23 Feb [9:10 PM]: received at the Canada Visa Application Centre, New Delhi OC and is in transit to the IRCC Office in New Delhi OC for processing
23 Feb [9:25 PM]: The envelope for the decision on the results of your visa that has been processed has been received at the Canadian Visa Application Center at New Delhi OC, on the date. We will then send this to the Canadian Visa Application Center New Delhi OC.

I received two updates from VFS since morning about return dispatch, but the application status has not changed yet. Wondering if they can return blank passport because of some reason!

Finally got my passport today.
Was under process from 3rd feb yesterday got dispatch mail and received the stamped passport with copr today

Did you get the "Dispatch from IRCC" message today morning ? If so, could you share your timeline ?
