No, It didn't use the new portal

I used the old (regular) IRCC online account

Applied on Feb 13, and it's now on review.

I applied using the In Canada Approval Letter + a screenshot of the approved work permit application and sent a webform after receiving the work permit that came in the mail.

I guess I'll get a decision within the week.

Filed Feb 4th and in review since a week now

People are waiting in review from before too.

So I am not sure if being in review means a thing anymore

Unicorn's application had a pretty good turnaround time. Just over a week.

Any ideas why yours is still in review? Maybe you had an extensive travel history / complicated application?

But that seems very unlikely as this is just for a TRV, those documents would have already been reviewed when you applied for your PGWP.

Well there are people waiting in review for a few months too. So quite frankly I am not sure what they are reviewing

And as you rightly said, all the scrutiny was done before approving PGWP *sigh*
