Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

I applied on Feb 4th and status changed last morning

I am not sure if that means anything at all though as I am not hearing of approvals like how it does for PGWP .. from the time reviewing begins till Approval is a few hours mostly

I live in Edmonton too and I got my email today. I’ll let you know when I get mine. But the email also said you should contact IRCC if you don’t get it after 6weeks.

QQ, what should I select for "did you enrol biometrics for this application?" question in the vfs webform for passport submission? I enrolled for biometrics in 2019 for my study permit.

Anyone who also applied TRV (inland) after getting PGWP? Today I found "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" status. Does it also mean the application will be approved soon, similar to PGWP case? I applied on Feb. 2. Seems fast. But I am not sure how long it can still take before getting passport request.

I applied on Feb 15th, still waiting, eligibility review not started. Tbh I'm impressed by how fast TRVs are being processed now so fingers crossed for the good news soon!

Wow how long did your eligibility review take? Did the request your passport after passing eligibility? or does still say we are reviewing your eligibility?

I first applied for TRV inside Canada with my open PGWP last June 2021 and until now it hasn’t been under review for eligibility. Recently, the processing time has changed to 21 days and I applied for a new TRV application today.

anybody who did the same? Should I withdraw my first application or just wait?

Withdraw the application first if you must otherwise it'll be delayed even more. Also you might want to check other TRV application threads in the forum, you'll get better answers.

Status is not like PGWP. TRV applications very quickly gets eligibility review update but takes time for the PPR.
