AOR: September 14, 2021
Medicals passed: October 29, 2021 (new medicals)
No updates since then until I saw a ghost update 2 days ago.

Hopefully once I get the portal link the rest of the process goes fast.

No, my BG status never changed from "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

No, my BG status never changed from "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

That is what I observed. The status updates replicated there are having no relevance.

There are cases where the status is updated to passed and later changed to In progress or yet to start.

But the good thing is, people are getting positive news irrespective of their status shown there.

One more week, left for leftover cases.

Guys,
I need some suggestion.

In Jan i came to know from IRCC Agent that my PR has passed all the stages and awaiting final decision. Till yesterday I haven't received the communication on portal email.

I got fed-up with the delay in process and decided to send the email to Montreal portal email id by self. And I did it last Saturday and received the automated email saying that "We only respond to the people who are invited... blah... blah... blah..."

Today, I received the portal email with login credentials to confirm my address and upload photo. I am not sure if it is a result of my email or coincidence.

I am not sure whether to login to portal and confirm the details asked. Please suggest?
