Citizenship Certificate After Oath

Is the status showing CLOSED or COMPLETE in your tracker? Seems Calgary is as bad as Ottawa.
I wish I was in Mississauga or Toronto.

Hi I am I. Edmonton my ceremony was December 16 until today my status change from completed to closed without receiving the certificate they say in tow weeks that mean 2 month and half after the ceremony will see after 2 weeks I hope in will recive my certificate will see

Not true. Some people have their files closed the next day of the ceremony, and the certificate dispatched 14 days after it's closed. Maybe the certificate goes to printing after the file is closed

It means in 2-4 weeks you will receive the certificate with some info on how to apply for passport. What's your office? and how you contacted them?

Which office you did the oath with?

Edmonton office I reply tow times to the email they sent before fore the ceremony

I attended citizenship ceremony on 4th Feb 2022 with Montreal IRCC office (my location is Vancouver). I had requested the agent during ceremony to send the certificate soon as I have booked flight tickets for March 7. Also, I sent remainder email and web form for early dispatch of certificate. Had called the IRCC helpdesk number too, got a generic reply from call center agent that due to pandemic bla bla.. Still my status in portal is - in progress. Bit worried as to what IRCC is doing. Horrible experience with them, no replies to mail, web form, call etc. Their processing times are the worst. They are so inefficient and cannot prioritize on request too inspite of taking $600+ application fee and unreal amounts of time

Certificate received today 14th FEB (it was dispatched on 11th FEB) (Oath on 1st Feb, both Status Ecas/Citizenship closed completed on 03rdFEB)

Anyone here had thier ceremony January 27 (Winnipeg office) and still have not received the certificate? I’m starting to get worried it has been lost as it’s has been nearly 3 weeks so far and no certificate yet.
