Not sure if this will help your case but I recieved mine a few days ago and it clearly states "security not started".

Yeah, mine too. But I don't trust it tbh, they have a stupid and inefficient system. Why would they remove that part otherwise

I still don’t understand why give such an important job to such a useless person. Maybe useless is strong, but he is not cut out for dealing with anything that affects people. He got promoted because of the campaigning he did during the election, so give him a job like that.
