Not really. Actually only real way to know R10 is GCMS notes. Or you can call the agent and ask them.

My R10 was done in Nov. My UCI got updated in September itself.

Nope, R10 which is a completness check. I thought they are doing this before your case will get transferred to the proper officer

I do not understand this math. Currently there are 30k candidates with CRS higher than 470. Your suggestions means that there will be inflow of new candidates with high CRS for cut off to stay even 480

Actually I have read it on few websites that once UCI number is changing your R10 is done lets see it what will happen in this or next week. I am booking medicals

There are new candidates added to the Express Entry pool everyday.

Bilinguals, who should be in the range of 490+ (depeding on age and depends) increase at a rate of 400 a month.

If we were to have be-weekly draws starting from July in the range of 2000, then yes the cut-off score would be in 480 range minimum, possibly until the end of the year.
