Yes, I have sent an email. No luck....

My case:

Nov 17, 2021: First portal email
Dec 6, 2021: Login credentials, submitted address and photo
Feb 7, 2022: still waiting for eCOPR

Call never went through...

I tried to call as well, wrote emails to PR portal back 2 times, asked using IRCC web form. Every time just automated answers, no details at all. Ugly service.

Uploaded a pic & mailing address in portal on 30 October 2021, got an email to revise mailing address on 5 November and revised immediately at same time but haven’t heard since then. Anyone is in same condition? Been +3 month already for PR card.

Please, let us know when you get eCOPR. I am waiting since Dec 6.

I got CoPR on 30 October and uploaded a pic and mailing address same day but Haven’t received PR card yet. Its in process still.

It's been on approved status since eCOPR issue on 17th Jan... No further updates to that!
