They've extended it? Will this be applicable to applicants that submitted applications way back 2019? Or new timeline only applies to new applicants? Based from the timeline we have 60days left (93%) does that mean this gets extended?

Has anyone seen any progress in their cases recently? Mine is stuck at 100% since September (after several timeline extensions), no movement since then. I have sent them queries through the webform several times. I always receive a standard response template, citing delays due to the Afghanistan situation and Covid. This has been the most frustrating wait of my lifetime.

AOR and Request for Biometrics: May 23, 2019

Biometrics Done: May 29, 2019

Telephone Interview with New Delhi VO: Nov 20, 2020

Medical Request: Nov 20, 2020 (a few minutes later)

Invitation to Pre-Arrival Services: Nov 21, 2020

Medicals Passed: Dec 7, 2020

No update since then. Hoping to receive PPR soon.

So sad! I made my application in Oct 2019, but still waiting for their decision. I received a query back in April 2021 to provide some documents and said your case is about to be decided, but nothing has happened since then.

Oh woow! Our application was submitted of August 2019 and yet, after processing the biometrics and submitting the additional documents requests. Didn’t hear anything back from them. they must have really extended the timeline without us all knowing. Wishing us all the best of luck! Let us continue updating each other! stay safe!

The same goes here on my part. They have extended the timeline bar shown on the online portal last year, but this time it seems to be completed on 28 March 2022. I am afraid, they may not extend it further. Surprisingly! they requested some documents back in April 2021 and said we are about to decide your case, but after providing the requested documents in a few days, I am still waiting for receiving their decision.

Congratulations! It seems to be a positive indicator. Would you let us know when did you file your application? I think if they asked for a medical examination, they have approved your case.
