University is the same in Italy, for secondary I used both middle and high school if I remember correctly. In general I used what listed on wikipedia for the Canadian school system (see here).
6 years of university sounds right in your case.

i am secondary applicant of fsw-o. My medicalrequest came 2 weeks ago and completed. My wife who is primary applicant received medical request this week. Also, today we got the schA 5669 doc request.

is this SchA 5669 document very critical as our eligibility is already passed and not much changes happened after aor for us apart from changein country of residence. I read online this document is very important and a small error might lead to inadmissibility

All information you submit to IRCC is critical.

Sch A only asks for your travel, personal history etc. Fill it to the best of your knowledge and submit it.

If your application has been pending for a long time, the reason why this is sen is to obtain information about you after the application was submitted. based on which a determination can be made if any additional documents may be required.

Hi @legalfalcon. My application is still pending but my passport is expiring soon. I am planning to renew it this month and update IRCC. Would a new passport number trigger any requests for new police certificates or medical exams?

A new passport will have no impact on the process as such. You have to have a valid passport on file before a PPC can be issued.

I had the same case. I renewed my passport and sent it to the office in charge of my application. The same day, they renewed my medical. They remembered me again

Hi Guys, I am in this weird situation, need suggestion.. I am the primary applicant and spouse is non-accompanying. I did upfront medical which is reflecting passed on CBSA while my GCKey mentions 'medical under review' for a month. I believe the reason could be that no upfront med done for my spouse. Now should i do it or not?

Medical is passed by the medical health branch and updated in GCMS. However, it won't reflect in your gckey until a case officer works on file and update the validity. I had the same case from last 10 months. Medical extended according to gcms in April 2021, but updated in gckey on Jan 27, 2022.

Thanks for the reply, i have seen few posts where remedical is requested for non-accompanying spouse and others where it must have been extended when PA gave the remed.
The concern is more as somebody told me that there is a msg on my file confirming if spouse medical needs to be extended or not.

That is a decision for you to make. However, no body can answer that for sure whether your spouse's medical validity will be extended or not.

Those of you who have submitted IMM 5669 (Schedule A):

If I have taken vacations outside my COR, do I need to include that under Personal history as well as Address history sections of the form?

When I had submitted my application I had already filled out a detailed travel history based on all my passport stamps.

Please help!

For travel history, there’s a separate travel history form IMM 5562.
