I think you put that you didn’t have a reason to travel that’s why you didn’t apply for an RTD before. Or maybe you were waiting for your PR then apply. Anything should be fine I guess

Ohh you can say that you were a refugee and applied for pr and That you cannot use your country’s passport to travel

My husband sent me a passport from my country through DHL it was seized by CBSA and after taken by immigration after two weeks it was returned to me by mail. I am applying for a RTD and there is a Q. that asks if you ever applying for a passport from home country. Any advice.
