No they wouldn’t because Aip give you temporary status you can apply for work permit or study permit

2. Anybody who been here more than three years and support himself financially work in pandemic his application will be highly consider
3. Failed refugee under H&c has better chances if you app is interested of child or establishment
4. More good news or come and watch it I can talk about it for right now be patient
5. H&c processing the app will be 6 to 12 months

Hey guys, sorry if it is a repeat question- how do i submit additional documents to IRCC to support my H&C application? Is webform the way to go? Or do i have to mail them? Thank you all!

@Ayanna i send back in new application in Sept 3 and I saw that I application went into process January but I still have my pending JR for the first H&C I did. Do you think they will continue processing my second H&C or wait on JR? And as always thank you for all the encouragement

Hi everyone, can someone help me with the following question: what "exemption" are we asking IRCC to approve? My dad is not inadmissible so I am not asking for that. In this case, is my dad asking for exemption of family reunion or economic class criteria?

Looks like you and your brother only recently received PR. Your father has the option of a supervisa to visit you, you can apply for PGP when you qualify, etc. If his H&C gets denied then he may struggle to visit you in Canada so applying for his PR based on H&C comes with risk. Is he unable to care for himself? Is there a reason your situation is different than other children wanting their parent(s) to join them in Canada? Being a widow/single parent is usually not enough. Does he have any extended family in his home country? Has he lived in his home town for a long period of time and has he established relationships? What about extended family?

I have only one application number which is the one that came with the AOR in January.

I receive all correspondence with my lawyer because I insisted that he used his mail as well as mine.

Thank you. I am asking because when they returned my application and asked about missing forms they attached a letter with application number started with H000000000
And l am not sure if this will be my number or they will give another one.

You should accepting your Aip sooner than July of this year and don’t talk about negative stuff is all positive it’s rare case is going to get negative answer this year

They are processing your applications but not giving you the answer you know what I mean the decision will send it to you after your JR
