Got to know my application is transferred to the local VO - NDVO.
No idea on the eligibility and considering NDVO is in a brain freeze, I don't expect it to process anything anytime soon.

I did raise a webform 2 weeks back to know the status of spousal addition to the PR. I got a reply today that the application has been transferred to NDVO and I need to contact them for further details.

If it got moved, that's means that they're ready to finalize the application. It's just a matter of time now for you.

Are you sure? My file has also been transferred to NDVO, but my GCMS notes from 3 months back said that my eligibility hadn't even started.

Yep because as you said, your notes were from 3 months ago. Fairly recently, IRCC has really started to process apps at a more rapid pace. By now you should be fine

I applied for GCMS notes on Oct 29, and received them on Jan 7. looks like they were generated on Nov 26, and it mentioned Eligibility hadn’t started as of that date. Going by your info, I might apply again by Feb end. My info's below in signature.

Our turn should hopefully come soon, I have a friend with AOR Jan 2021 FSW-O who got his passport request a week ago. I was previously doubting that it might take at least another 6 months for IRCC to reach us. But this is good news
