Ircc have paused draws for both cec and fsw till July so I guess that’s a hope that they might be able to clear all the backlog till then.

Yes, I really hope so. They should've stopped with draws since last May. Their procedures do not make any sense. They created this backlog themselves and now trying to cope with it. What nonsense.
