Wondering about the exact same thing. My test invite shows an EST midnight start time on the 20th (I am in AB), but when I try to log in it says: "You can't take the test right now"

Wasn't able to get the browser time zone changed... just my PC time zone, but that doesn't help.

No - they seem to be painfully slow. Have asked my MP to look in to why folks the Winnipeg office seems to be one of the very slowest. Not holding my breath about hearing back

I have not taken the test yet, I am in MB - as for my time This is what it says -
