I have seen rejections where different ECA bodies gave different equivalency reports (PG Diploma from WES and Masters from IQAS for example), you can search this forum about such cases. What this person is asking for is an even bigger crime in the eyes of iRCC.
Showing empathy costs zero. But, hey I work at the IRCC and I don’t owe you anything even though you paid PR fees to have me at your service.
Sons of b*tches, they keep doing this to people.

I am listening to Kubeir Kamal’s live stream now. I just tuned into to see what Steve Meurens (Lawyer who gets most of the internal docs from IRCC) had to say. He says don’t rule out on cancelling of existing FSW applications by IRCC due to processing delays. He says IRCC will have to conduct PR draws because many inland candidates will go out of status soon. He also said IRCC has enough applicants to meet 2022 target but not sure if they will not conduct draws. I donno what to comment about this but just wanted to share here.
got a re-medical request today even though my medicals are valid till May 2022.
attached with the medical request letter is the Medical Report form (IMM1017E). In there, my Country of Birth is wrongly populated as "Iceland" instead of "India". I noticed this in my GCMS notes as well when I ordered them. Seems to be a human error from IRCC front. Can I go with the same form for my re-medicals, strike Iceland and write India there? I am planning to call IRCC about it tomorrow.
AOR - Nov 12, 2019, OINP, COR India.

Was watching Kubeir and Steven Meurrens. Steven thinks that applications would be cancelled (Post-AOR) and EE-FSW will become NOC-based only. As a Post-AOR (Jan. 2021) who didn't even have eligibility started, the possibility of applications being cancelled is a nightmare. Don't know what to think.

Dunno. After 1 year (almost), having an application cancelled just out of blue, will be the worst thing possible. However, I just don't understand why they don't process January 2021-March 2021 FSW applicants. Pretty much everyone has "Eligibility - Not Started" status.
I remember legal falcon was discussing this and saying that once application is submitted, a decision must be made. To cancel applications, there needs to be a whole procedure that will take some time. He also said that the situation in 2012 was different and backlog was much worse.
