I received an email asking for my information three days ago and I replied with my whole family information right away. I have received the same email three times since then, asking exactly for the same information. Has anyone gone through anything similar? I’m not sure what to do or who to ask about it

We just got the portal link and login information. Monninaq, did you use a mail program like Thunderbird to reply to the IRCC? We were doing that previously, so this time, we tried sending the email directly from Gmail (using the browser). We also made sure to copy and paste the requesting informatio template exactly as it appeared in the PDF. I'm not sure which of those steps caused it to work, but you might try both of them (use your browser to send the email, and copy and paste the information template exactly as it appears in the PDF... no "Hello", "To whom it may concern", or anything like that. It may also be that it just worked for us on the third time due to a glitch or something, so try sending the information a third time if you haven't already.

Hello friends. My partner received ecopr in September and nothing since then. PR Card Pictures still under review. Anybody here who waited this long? We emailed the Portal email twice but no success with getting any status update.

My day/night has arrived!!!! Just received ECOPR from Ottawa visa office!!!! What a Sunday night!! Looks like the officer signed my document yesterday night at around 9 pm!!!!

Now just waiting for my PR card!!!

My day/night has arrived!!!! Just received ECOPR from Ottawa visa office!!!! What a Sunday night!! Looks like the officer signed my document yesterday night at around 9 pm!!!!

Now just waiting for my PR card!!!

Please let Us know if you get an informative reply. The only two things I have been hearing from them is 1. Covid delays 2. Cards produced by a different division and they cannot check status

Sure, will do. I am going to email them asking for my ecopr. Not sure why it takes this long. I am not even talking about the physical card. This wait can be very stressful.

My vo is Etobicoke. I got mine in 4 days back in Nov - the delay is getting longer now, but you should send an email. The worse is getting the card I submitted my add/photo on Nov 17th - it took them 1 Month to revert back to me just to tell me my photo size is incorrec, i resubmitted but since then its been silence..
The Etobicoke vo delay is disappointing

I too did not expect that this stage will take so long. My partner received copr in September and uploaded pics. Since then nothing. I thought this stage was the easiest - just print the card. However it is taking longer than the entire PR process for him

Thanks bro for reply, what is your time line? I try to reply same email for portal ,I did evry week ,but no reply ,call center say nothing ,just say to wait ,my spouse wait to trevl from India, she got stamped passport back ,we got passport request in September ,they need 2 months to my portal request ,I got call from visa officer 17 ,he help me for portal ,to upload photos ,after that till today no update, please share your time line
