passport has been couriered. But i am not able to track on Bluedart. Do i need to use the same AWB that was used in sending ?

We have four members but received only three passports, Is it normal or something in trouble?

Hi,
My parents mom and dad got the request to send their passports. we are June 2019 applicants.
My dad is the principal applicant.

I submitted the form and paid the fess on VFS site for both of them. I got 2 AWB numbers.

are we supposed to put passports into 2 different packages? one for dad and one for mom?
in the VFS Consent form page #3, do we have to fill anything? 'consent of indirect submission'?

My mum got update on portal, when I checked it only said application approved and the date, where does it say counterfoil generated?
We are still waiting for update on VFS tracking.

submitted on Jan 5 and returned Jan 13

She has a valid regular visitor visa but they didn't cancel that. Her supervisa PG1 is stamped on her passport.
