I am one from May 2020. Did my test mid November and everything changed to complete (with Decision made in ECAS) on Dec 24, 2021.
I am expecting end of January to end of February for Oath invite based on timeline of a few others from Kitchener office!

Hi I have basically the same timeline as you do, Dec 24 everything changed to complete and now waiting for the oath invite. I have a question, how do you know what office is processing your application? I'm in Toronto but not sure where it's being processed. Thanks

Look where the test invitation email came from.
MIS = Missisauga
SCR = Scarborough
etc.

Does that page reflect all the latest updates? In some other comments in this forum I see terms like tracker or ECAS which made me think maybe I'm not checking in the right website. Thanks!

Yep, that is the correct website to use.

This is the old tracker (ECAS), which still works but the information is limited, however I believe it does show Decision Made before the newer tracker does: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en

In the newer tracker, my status has everything set to green/completed aside from Citizenship Ceremony and it still says 'In Progress' at the top of the page, but my ECAS says 'Decision Made'.

February 12, 2022 is my scheduled oath ceremony.

It said they sent me instructions but i received nothing?

When everything is set to complete bar the oath - does anyone have any guesses as to how long?

Should I be concerned that my wife from May 2020 took her test last June and there hasn't been any updated since the one says test complete ? I now read people here that took test in october and have they oath already, so trying to make sense to this

Nothing! Still waiting for Oath. Man this bugs me so much that people applied in 2021 have their oaths already and here we are scrambling.
