I worked as a sales and Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2015 and I am applying to that NOC, further, I am self-employed last 3 years, can I apply for both of my work experiences under the same NOC code of Sales and Marketing? because 70% of my job as self-employed was sales and Marketing. can any guide? and if I create a profile now and draw happens next year will my working years from 2011 also shrink? they will count from ITA towards -10 years?
You include your spouse and any children under 22. Your funds are for the total number in your family.
In whole profile my spouse is non accompanying so still i have to put number of family member 2 in this section? And funds as well for 2?

You can use your experience as self employed, if you have documentation to prove the work experience. ITA is when you receive the nomination. You can show work experience within the last 10 years but only 3 years of foreign experience is counted.

If both jobs match the responsibilities in the NOC, you can use the same NOC. As for points, you get max points for 3+ years for Express Entry.
Hi, hope everyone is good.
I have two questions could you all seniors please help me out with the solution, Thank you in advance.
1. I joined job xyz company in 2015 before completion of my studies, actual my bachelor course had to be completed in 2015 but due to some backlog i completed in 2016 & then completed masters in 2018, so what should i entered in the express entry form about my studies and experience as my xyz company gave my experience from 2015 bcoz i worked from that year, does i have to enter work experience from 2015 or 2016. Do i need to enter both master and bachelor degrees in the form and which degree needs to be filled first bachelor or masters.
2. I have two experience and different noc as from 2015 as executive till 2018, promoted to manager working till now, so only one noc is required or different noc to be entered kindly suggest me please, or for this also which one is to be entered first.
I understand it's a very long question do understand my situation,
Thank you for your support everyone.

Hi Team, Greetings! What sort of documents is required from the employer after receiving the invitation to apply? Does someone have a format for the letter? Should there be any kind of committment from the employer that I will be on that job for next 1 year? I am on a LMIACWP and would like to put my profile into EE in the month of June. I am doing some background task for the same. Also, could you suggest some good lawyers who could help me with ITM, especially around Montreal area?
Admins, any advise please?
I fall in retail sales of metal fabrication company for construction industry, this exactly falls in wholesale technical supervisor so shall i go for whole sale NOC or Retail sale without thinking of technical?

It's all on the CIC site:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
But...
(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)
1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz
http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp
2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.
How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here -->
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp
3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an
Education Credential Assessment. Details here -->
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp
4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the
National Occupation Classification (NOC) list
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp
The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.
5) When you have those in hand you
create your express entry profile.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and
register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng
You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here -->
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp
Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp
For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.
6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:
a) Have your
application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and
right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
b) Identify how you will provide
proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp
c) check out what is required for the
police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp
d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the
medical exam.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp
e) contact previous and current employers about them providing
job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.
f)
research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.

Hello all,
I have an unique scenario and needed some guidance. I have applied for PGWP in Jan 2021 and still waiting for a response from IRCC on it. I did complete my one year experience in Jan 2022. Can I go ahead and apply for PR via express entry given the fact that my PGWP application is still in progress?
Hello all,
I am not certain if this is the correct thread to ask my questions but I don't know where else to ask, so here goes...
I have already applied to express entry and below is my timeline:
FSW-Outland
VO: Hong Kong
AOR: Oct-2020
Medicals: passed and expired but no request for remedical
Biometrics: passed
Criminality: passed
Security: pending
Last update: April 2021
I have received a job offer working remotely from Canada for a US company. Would having this job offer speed up the process to get the PPR? How do I inform the IRCC team? Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks.

Job offer for US company doesn’t speed up the process. The company needs a presence in Canada and applies for a LMIA to show no Canadian or PR can do the job. Then if company gets LMIA, you apply for a closed Work permit.
Hi all,
I would like to brief my situation first and then come up with the question.
I created my express entry profile on January 2021 with a CRS score of 431 points. At that moment, I had only a bachelor's degree which I've got evaluated from WES. During the last year, I enrolled myself in an Executive MBA course at Singhania University, India in order to increase my CRS score. Now, I am planning to send my master's degree to CES for ECA as CES is most likely to give a master's equivalency.
Now, here are my questions.
1) Should I send both my bachelor's and master's degrees for evaluation or just my highest degree? - I emailed CES with this same question and they replied to just send my highest degree but I need to know from people who have experienced it. I mean, what if I didn't get a master's degree equivalency? and in order to get two or more certificate points there should be two degrees, right?
2) Since I have already got my bachelor's evaluated by WES and If CES gives me anything less than a master's degree, will IRCC accepts 'two or more certificates, diploma, or degree' option?
Hope everybody could understand my situation and someone could relate to this.
Thank you in advance!
