About your old passport number i would send them a case specific inquiry. It doesnt affect your pyhsical PR Card though. At least on mine there is no passport number written.

Even my current PR card doesn't have passport number mentioned on it. It was there (old passport number) on GC key message, so thought to check.
If that is fine wouldn't raise any case specific query. Any update for your application?

Am applying for card renewal this week. My card is expiring in July 2022. Can I go outside Canada in March and return a week before expiry? would there be any problem boarding an incoming flight if my card is still valid but expiring in 1 week?

In below message, it is mentioned that - We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive
No update in ECAS yet for card mailed, probably it will be updated tomorrow.
But one thing, I noticed in the Document Status section in GC key, Under Travel Document column my old passport number (which is expired) is mentioned. However, I have sent copies of new renewed passport while submitting my PR card renewal application. Will this be ok or need to be corrected ?
My card renewal request is at decision made status since oct 19 …my card went for production yesterday… please share your experience about the time it takes for the card to be sent after it goes to production. When can I expect the card

My Card was in production from 15 Dec and it is mailed today (11 Jan). So it might take somewhere from couple of days to couple of weeks.
Dint want to make you worried but hope for the best. You will get it soon.

I did see there is some maintenance message for GC key may be yesterday. I logged-in this morning and was able to login properly.
May be in next couple of days, you will also get mailed line update in ECAS.
In process since Nov. 24, fwiw. I am a special case as I travel a ton, but I don't know that there is any rhyme or reason. I'm gonna start my daily calls soon, which I had to do 5 years ago as well. Eventually someone found it (It was already at the in-person pick-up office, but they didn't bother to tell me.) I'm guessing I'll have to do the same dance this time.
