MEng exists for all engineering fields. Similar 12 month long degrees (no thesis) exist for fields outside of engineering. I just mentioned MEng cuz I was lazy.
Crap that sucks that means all this people with their application in process will only see some light by 2024 ,omg I that time I will say fuck this.by 2024 I am sure I would have figured out something and JT can shove that pr in his ass.
That is why I check my application once in a week and I live like I didn't apply.

Man if you are waiting for an ITA time to look for new options, I hate to break it to you but it is a reality. You are missing other opportunities around you by betting on fsw.
Sadly, this is what I concluded as well. Fortunately, I am only just graduating so I haven't had to put anything on hold and at this rate I am not willing to make that kind of commitment in the hopes that IRCC will finally speed up their processing speed and restart issuing ITAs to FSWs. Again, I am not withdrawing from the pool or anything of the sort because they will (hopefully) resume draws someday. But for the time being I need more realistic options.
Outland applicants with all stages passed or only security remaining are safe. The rest should move to plan B right now because they probably won't be landing in Canada in 2022. Mini PGWP (8 months) looks like the only viable Canadian PR way now.

Give me one reason why IRCC should allocate more resources for outland apps than they do now especially when they'll now have access to a huge pool of inland candidates. This is as naive as looking at daily vaccination rates and hoping FSW would return when the needle hits 75%.
No..been in the pool since October 2021 at 478, losing points in November due to age so I am starting to believe that I will probably never get an ITA.

True I will wait till sep 2022 ,which means I have spent 2 years of my life on this after that simple fuck this.
Only my eligibility is passed and info sharing is done, I still have criminality and security to start with med expired, so I am not planning to spend 2023 on this shit.
