I have applied for WP under GTS with upfront biometrics (from visitor visa) and upfront medical. how much time it will take to process application? I haven't received AOR. was I even supposed to receive one?

Do you have a job offer? If so, you ask your employer to file for a LMIA. Then you apply for a work permit.

yes i had a job offer, the process was taken care by employer's lawyers

What is the NOC? The employer pays $1000 and files for a LMIA to show that the job was posted and couldn’t find anyone in Canada to do the job. Then the employer waits for a positive LMIA. Most people on this thread are GTS or ICT.
