PR card time line through pr confirmation portal..!!!

It's not an issue. Color pics are converted to b&w. On the PR card also, pic is in B&W only.
The only thing that should be considered is that there are no errors (too dark, low resolution etc) while submitting the pic in the portal.

Same here，I re-uploaded a photo yesterday and it turned black and white in portal system. Anyone knows how long to finalize this after re -upload the photo? For God sake, it has been two months

I got eCOPR on Oct 16, 2021, and I am still waiting for photos to be reviewed by IRCC too. It has been 2 months.

What's your VO? Have you emailed them? It should work.
