Looking at these tables messages and figures, my guess is AORs from first half of 2021 will land in Q4 2022 and AORs from second half of 2021 will land in Q2 2023.
But FSW only had AOR up till March 2021. After that was only PNP for non cecs, which has their own distribution of 80k PRs. I think they will have to clear end 2021 PNP for the quota this year.

IRCC aren't even pretending like they have any sort of roadmap anymore. It is just a haphazard free for all over there.
