I am thinking the same. I contacted atimmigrationlaw. Will proceed with mandamus in Feb.

My file was transferred to Halifax from Etobicoke. There are many people who got transferred to Halifax from Etobicoke. Eligibility not started for all of us. Some with AOR from summer 2020. That is completely insane.

Portal email - TODAY!

Finally end this painful uncertainty of waiting. I believe they are working on backlogs now. Wish all of you guys good luck!
