I'm good. I have backup plans that are working for me. Canada delaying my ITA will only work out in my favor. I don't intend to pretend to be some CLB8 dumbass to get a low score.
That demand is not sustainable when the interest rates will go up this year and cheap money will no longer be available to people living over here. This will result in an eventual crash cause the people looking to buy homes with cheap money will no longer be able to do so and hence, demand will reduce drastically.
Not necessarily. The central bank of my country has been increasing interest rates probably to combat inflation. It is true that housing market is like a slowly turning vessel so we will see how things will go in a long run but so far what I see is that house prices are sky high and the supply side is at an all time low, combined with higher mortgage rates.. So you can buy expensive, s**t quality property with high mortgage rate. Worst combination ever in history.
Man, that PNP draw yesterday really crushed my expectations.
I can't seem to wrap my head around the decision. From the number of nominated applicants in the pool, you can clearly see that they are just a few and almost all have been invited. That leaves us only with the CEC and FSW applicants, don't it ?
The liberal immigration agenda for the years to follow is probably to increase the number of immigrants, so why not conduct the draws ? This leaves me to think that they are really considering a change in NOC points before any All Program draw and also prioritizing international students.
To think that I started preparing for the Canadian dream since December 2019 and I don't have an ITA yet. Wow !
