Completed my test on 09/07, but application hasn't been updated for the last 4 months.

Also updated my address through webform, they didn't change it. Only found out when I updated again using online self-service.

What the hell is going on here?

This. I can understand they are slow. But the fact that they're failing to update information, missing out on processing files are concerning.

same here , I finished my test on Sep 8th (completed on ecas)

same here. Test shows completed. No updates since sept 8th. Montréal office. The only thing I noticed is that they seemed prioritize online applications.

Update:
So after numerous webforms and even submitting a second application (paper this time), I got an email from them on Dec. 29 saying they are unable to find the application I said I made. In response, I sent them the submission confirmation of my online application as well as the screenshots of my application portal with detailed explanation of everything that has happened. Today, Jan 4th 2022, I received AOR. Let's see how it goes from here.

AOR: Jan. 4th, 2022

Question please: Does it take some time before I'm able to create account for case tracker? I received AOR today and tried creating the account but it says UCI and/or Application # incorrect. Do I need to wait for some days before I try creating a case tracker? Thanks in advance

My timeline is as follows:

Paper Application
Visa office: Mississauga Office
AOR- March 15, 2021
Test invitation- September 08, 2021
Test completed- October 02, 2021
Everything marked completed and Decision made by- October 28, 2021
Oath Ceremony invitation- December 28, 2021
Scheduled Oath ceremony- January 10, 2022

Same boat. Paper application BG completed in July 2021 and nothing else since then. It really depends on your local processing office. I found a thread for mine (Ottawa) and it looks like people with BG completed from December 2020 are only now getting invites.

I am the same as you guys. BG completed July 2021. Nothing since.

Applied for Canadian citizenship April 2021. Received AOR letter in June 2021. Radio silence until October 2021 when they requested fingerprints from me. Went to local police to have them done. It was received by CIC in November 2021 and background status set to completed. Radio silence again until now. What's the next process if anyone's in the same situation?
