But noc based ,because when I checked pnps when I didn't get ita ,I found my noc not called (2141 noc) but what surprised me is we can do all the jobs that they listed because we can work as manager, analyst, consultants...

He’s not negative. I’m indeed a fan of @ImpatientKangaroo .. he speaks the truth about this shithole country called Canada. I personally have been living in this country for 5.5 years and can attest to what he says. There are no decent, professional jobs in this shithole, housing is a huge mess, wages are stagnant and don’t get me started on the shitty Canadian culture, politics, and their passive-aggressiveness. Oh boy! Fortunately, I’ve recently became a Citizen and have a one way ticket to the USA. Canada will never see me again, and you guys all should do the same.

OINP reduces 1 point from the previous all programs draws cut off and invites from there. 468 was the last all programs draws cut off and they are super glued to it.

If you are planning to come to us ,under biden administration things are fucked up.That idiot is printing money like newspapers.
Cost of even food have doubled, rent has increased by 25% even in TX .Health care hmm it is better not to talk about it.

I see, didn't remember that statement. My guess was either an European country that isn't part of EU(or else he would be in Germany already) or a larger developing country since he gloats how it has more traditional engineering jobs than canada, So one of the BRICS. Since he disses china and india, and I doubt he is from Brazil, that left Russia(or South Africa, but I doubt it).
