Hi,

I have submitted my TR to PR application under International Graduate stream on May 6th at 9:50pm, I still haven't got my AOR yet. It is almost 7 months after I applied and there is no update.

Is anyone in the same situation? or any thoughts?

Try linking it at the end of the week by Thursday. This month a lot of 9 and 10pm applications will be processed. But if you don’t want to stress yourself linking just wait for your AOR. For me I will wait for AOR then link.

I recently received my eCOPR and currently residing in CANADA and waiting for PR card(got new SIN).
Applied through CEC with a job offer letter and i was a ICT(Intra company transfer) work permit holder before PR.
Can I search for new job before I get PR card since my employer may end my contract in next 3 months and I dont want to wait till last minute and be jobless

  • Stream: International Graduate
  • Submitted: May 6, 2021 (Submitted at 10:09 pm EST)
  • AOR: -
  • Application linked: Dec 31 (around 3:30pm)
  • Medical exam pass after application was linked
  • I tried with UCI and Passport
I didn’t think my application will be linked today at all. I saw a post on Facebook of application at 9:55pm was linked and I thought I should try. And lucky me!
This was what I said a last week and some dude got frustrated because I advised 9pm and 10pm’rs to start trying to link because applications in this timeline have started being processed. If I had the time I would try linking twice a day. I submitted at 10.55pm and I am expecting my AOR by next week. Congratulations

by mistake, i submitted my wife Background/Declaration instead of mine now i am worry that my application will be rejected for that reason although all other forums and documents submitted correctly
It won’t. Once you are able to link send the correct one. Some people didn’t even submit some documents and had to do it now. The only cause I have seen for refusal so far is if you submitted in the wrong stream. Good luck

Hello, I have applied for PR under TR 2 PR IG stream on May 6th at 5.20 pm (PST). I am still waiting for AOR under TR 2 PR. I have also applied under CEC on 22nd Sep and received AOR for that and medical passed on Oct 28th. I'm thinking to withdraw TR 2 PR application. Do you think it is a bad idea? Any inputs are appreciated!!
Keep both and withdraw when you have ecopr from one.

Hello,
My work permit is expiring in a month and I have not received any submission email or AOR from CIC, can I apply for open work permit under tr to pr, with a letter of explaination, screenshot of submitted portal and the receipt. Pls it is very urgent, a reply would be much appreciated.
You can extend your work permit under Tr to Pr. Visit CIC website to see what documents you need.
