Hi @legalfalcon , thank you for the link. I noticed that the link is for PNP, but I got selected under Express Entry - FSW (where in my preferred province was ON).
Aren't PNP & FSW two things different things?
Since I'm a FSW applicant, will I be able to do a University course?
If I don't work under the same NOC code that I was selected under FSW, will they refuse to renew my PR?
My Province of preference is Ontario, which is also mentioned as my port of destination on the COPR. Does this prevent me travelling and legally residing anywhere in Canada (except Quebec)?
So my question is simple Navjot said you can and Alysson said you technically cant.
Is it because of racism because have heard many telling in this group they are racist (don't want to start a fight over this)
So can I choose my port of entry and province of stay till I get citizenship as Qubec.
You need to show at entry that your intention is not to live in Quebec. That is it. If you arrive there and the border officer asks where is you destination and you say Montreal, it might be an issue. After that I doubt it harms your renew or citizenship.

I’m not really sure how these restrictions apply. After citizenship there isn’t anything else you’ll need from immigration, but there are people who moved after PR, so do whatever I guess lol. I don’t intend on moving to Quebec anyway, since I don’t care for learning french.
