On the help window it asked to upload either a medical report or proove that you requested appointment. So this is what I have done it. I will send the web form quickly to them within 2-3 weeks.
If you uploaded proof that you requested an appointment then you have no reason to be stressed. Did your request include any preferred dates or anything relating to time?

Just make an appointment for the closest date possible, send proof via web form and you're good. It'll be weeks before somebody even looks at your file so you're actually a bit lucky there's backlog lol.
The ridiculously long MEP queue and slow processing make it even worse. You wait 5 months only to hear you had a missing or an improper document. Canadian immigration has become so cruel.
This happened simply because they were not working on any outland applications. Still, everybody knows what is going on still chooses to make stupid mistakes. I saw one of the FSW applicants make a similar mistake with their PCC and the application was rejected in early 2021 for incompleteness and FSW draws stopped so they literally lost their possibly only chance to immigrate to Canada.

But yeah it's time to be pre-emptive. I didn't even take my chances with the infamous LOE bug. I've managed to get a response from IRCC about it and they told me to send it again via web form, and so I did.

You do know I'd not be some indian flipping burgers for $10 / hr in the US? Scroll up a few posts, US at least has beds I can buy with my money. Canada doesn't even have enough beds (or doctors). (Pro tip: I wouldn't do either. I'd just fly back to my country for healthcare.)
